Sarplaninac is natural breed, which is basically modest for breeding. I am personally, not too much speaking about feeding. I am using dog food medium quality, many different raw meat and offal and eggs. Vitamin-minerals things I am not using all time. I am cleaning dogs regularly from parasites. When I do that, I am doing at all dogs at yard. This is really important, because many breeders don’t do this.
Very important issue is socialization of dogs. I am starting that when the puppies are 21 day old. I am slowly doing that with simulation of many situation. Slavko Martinovic said: “Two months is late for start work with puppy”. I am agree with this, and till two months, puppy must passed many things with mother and breeder. Essential is from begin for puppy to know what can and what can not to do, and what you expect from him.
